Plain-language summary. FiscalIQ is a pre-launch product. This website lets you learn about it and join a waitlist. We collect limited information (such as your email) to contact you about early access, we protect it, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The full terms below control. Nothing here is professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

1. Who We Are

"FiscalIQ" (the "Service," "we," "us," or "our") is a financial-technology product operated by FiscalIQ LLC, a company registered in the State of Texas, United States, with a principal place of business at 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 100, Austin, Texas 78731. 2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all documents incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (collectively, the "Terms"). 3. Pre-Release & Beta Notice

FiscalIQ is in a pre-release, private-beta stage. All product descriptions, features, capabilities, timelines, editions, and availability described on the Site are forward-looking and subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site or join the waitlist. The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;
  • Submit information that is false, misleading, or that you are not authorized to provide;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from the Site except as permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion, including for any violation of these Terms.

6. Waitlist & Communications

When you join the waitlist, you ask us to contact you about FiscalIQ early access, product updates, and related information. You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us (see Section 15). We comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and equivalent regulations. Transactional and legally required messages may still be sent.

The Site and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, the "FiscalIQ" name and marks, the visual design, and underlying code, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. FiscalIQ's underlying technology and methods are the subject of one or more pending patent applications (Patent Pending). You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. 8.1 Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your email address, and optionally your name and role, when you join the waitlist or contact us.
  • Information collected automatically: limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

8.2 How we use information

8.4 Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Site and may use limited analytics. See the Cookie Policy in Section 9 for details and how to control them.

8.5 How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, website hosting, content delivery, and form-submission processing), under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
  • Legal and safety recipients where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety;
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

8.6 International data transfers

We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries that may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Waitlist information is retained until you ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed.

To exercise any right, contact us using Section 15. We will verify and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

8.9 Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8.10 Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function;
  • Preference cookies that remember your choices;
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand Site usage in aggregate.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality. 10. Disclaimers

10.1 "As is" and no warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10.2 No professional advice

FiscalIQ is a software product. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, financial, or other professional advice. FiscalIQ is not a licensed certified public accounting firm and does not provide audit, attest, or assurance services. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on the Site.

10.3 Forward-looking statements

Statements about future features, capabilities, performance, availability, timelines, pricing, and plans are forward-looking and involve risks and uncertainties. Actual results may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update forward-looking statements.

10.4 Compliance and security statements

References to security and compliance frameworks (such as SOC 1/SSAE 18, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA) describe the standards FiscalIQ is being designed and built to meet. Unless a current, valid third-party certification or attestation report is explicitly provided in writing, such references do not constitute a representation that FiscalIQ currently holds that certification. Formal certifications are pursued as the product reaches general availability.

10.5 Third-party content, data, and links

Market figures, statistics, and other third-party data are provided for context, are believed to be from reliable sources, and are not guaranteed for accuracy or completeness. The Site may link to third-party websites that we do not control and are not responsible for.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FiscalIQ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the following paragraph, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

Arbitration and class-action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body, rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small-claims court. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be indicated by updating that date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
